In 2003 as entrepreneurship was encourage; our founder-cum-Managing Director had the foresight to notice a niche in the employment market for temporary/contract staff and was quick to capitalize on the opportunities by giving up a comfortable job to set up ADMC. We are approved by Ministry of Manpower and on the same year ADMC was incorporated. Our successful recruitment track record has become its own mouthpiece and we are blessed to have excellent partners, alliances and returning clients.

ADMC has successfully made a niche into foreign recruitment, namely India, Nepal, Korea, Bangladesh, China Myanmar and Philippines. With expertise gained over the past 10 years in local and overseas manpower recruitment, ADMC has become a well respected agency in Singapore and regional countries. We have deployed a good number of local and foreign workers and professionals to numerous sites in Singapore. ADMC has extensive experience in recruiting manpower overseas for a wide spectrum of industries. The bulk of our recruitment is into marine offshore, oil & gas and electrical engineers, seafarers, shipyard workers (skilled and unskilled), construction sectors, F&B and one service ADMC offers it resources and technical expertise to meet the challenges of both local and overseas recruitment.

Up till to-date, we have recruited quite a number of workers from Myanmar, China and India for our clients from a wide range of spectrum of Industries. Our test and training canters’ are based in Chennal – India -, Dhaka – Bangladesh and China – Jilin and Dalian.
